Red Eye Rides reserves the right to cancel any shuttle due to unsafe road conditions. Our vehicles are in excellent shape and we equip with the best tires for our region. However nature has her own way & we only want to provide a safe ride for our passengers and drivers. Your ride will not be cancelled without proper notice - help to get you where you need to get & options for rescheduling or a full refund. This only applies if Red Eye Rides deems the road conditions to be unsafe. If the State of Alaska and/or local officials state  we should stay put we do. 

In the event that there is a road closure Red Eye Rides will access the time frame and leave accordingly. Seward Highway is one way in and one way out. Any fatality or act of nature could take up to 8-10 hours to clear the road. We are not responsible for missed travel or appointments due to road conditions, acts of nature or accidents. 

It has been our experience that many airlines are aware of the possibility of Seward Highway delays. 

Red Eye Rides expects respect and courtesy to other passengers & drivers. We reserve the right to refuse any ride at any time. If your ride has ended in a location with no cell phone service or no emergency box - Alaska State Troopers will be called with your last known location  and reason for us to  refuse continuance of a ride. 

All of our vehicles are equipped with voice recording cameras on the inside and outside of vehicle.

DEPARTS SEWARD

April 15th - Sept 30th 2024 

HARBOR MASTER OFFICE - 1300 4TH AVENUE
SAKTOWN - outside city limits - 1770 SEWARD HWY 
6AM & 7PM daily - 2.5 - 3 hour trip
11AM daily - Stops in Cooper Landing for pick ups & drop offs - 3.5 - 4hr trip 
7PM - daily - 2.5 - 3 hour trip

Cruise Ship Shuttle

April 22nd - Oct 19th 2024

If there is a cruise ship in town a 9:30 AM from Seward to Anchorage Shuttle & 2:30 PM Anchorage to Seward shuttle - dates are still unsure. Check back to book now for accurate dates.

Each rider is allowed 1-50lb bag/suitcase/fishbox/tote and a carry on

Additional luggage is $25 per bag/suitcase/tote/fishbox

Failure to inform us of extra luggage  could result in rescheduled or cancelled ride with no refund

Well behaved animals welcome -

Small-Medium 0-30lbs $25

Large 30-50lbs $50 

Xtra Large 50-100lbs $75 

No Litter Boxes - No feeding animals on Red Eye Rides vehicles 

Failure to inform us of animals riding - service or not - could result in rescheduled or cancelled ride with no refund

Pick up at Shuttle pick up location across street from baggage claim on arrival level- in front of taxi line

10 AM & 11:30PM - Midnight daily - 2.5 - 3 hour trip

2:30 PM on Cruise Ship days - See book now schedule for those dates

4 PM daily - Stops in Cooper Landing - 2 hrs to CL - 3 hrs to Seward

Drop off at Hotels in Seward City limits -The Harbor Masters office, Saktown Liquor Store - Windsong & Seward Cruise Ship Terminal

Lowell Point - is an additional $35 Miller's Landing - Salted Roots - Angel's Rest Air B&B among others) 

Ship Yard - SMIC - Jag Yard is an additional $35

 Late night Anchorage pick ups

Please make note of flight arrival times & flight numbers on this booking - if there are no late night bookings we do leave Anchorage at 10:30PM

This shuttle arrives in Seward between 1AM &4AM 

We do drop door to door this late & wait for you to enter your location for safety reasons - bears - moose- scary things in the night. 

Lowell Point & Shipyard fees apply. If refusal of location drop - We will drop at Seward Harbor Masters office. 

Lowell Point - is an additional $35

Ship Yard is an additional $35

  • Natalie and Angel were awesome. My flight was late and Natalie waited for me so I didn't have to get a hotel. They were very knowledgeable of the area with interesting tidbits and small talk. MY comfort was their priority and they offered to stop for food, coffee, the restroom, etc. I felt I made two new friends by the end of each tide as opposed to feeling like they were just being paid to give me a ride. It felt like buddies going for a ride.
